We maintain ±0.005 mm for standard critical turning features. Under controlled production conditions, micro-precision components can reach ±0.001 mm. Concentricity and total runout of shaft parts are inspected via Mitutoyo CMM, and full inspection records will be provided per order for your drawing verification and audit.

Q. Do you offer Swiss-style turning for long, slender shafts?

Yes. We support Swiss-type CNC turning to process long slender shafts, small complex precision fittings. It effectively reduces workpiece vibration and guarantees high straightness and dimensional consistency for miniature & elongated components.

Q. What is your maximum bar diameter and turning length?

Our CNC turning equipment supports bar stock up to 65 mm diameter. For custom shaft workpieces, the maximum processing length reaches 600 mm. Larger diameter blanks can be processed via chucking upon request.

Q. What surface finishes can you achieve without secondary polishing?

As-machined surface roughness Ra 0.8~3.2 μm can be stably achieved without extra polishing. We can also provide subsequent surface treatment: anodizing, passivation, sandblasting, black oxide and plating according to your requirements.
